It was found that the then head of the SREL a conversation with Prime Minister Jean-Paul Juncker recorded with a specially adapted wristwatch ...
Parallel eventually began a lawsuit (which still continues) on a series of bombings in the 80s, which were then considered as terrorist attacks and known as the Bommeleer case. As was the involvement of state services suspected (a gendarmerie, which has since been shut down, including two of its agents now stand before the court), it now seems very likely that the attacks were carried out (as a training ...) by SREL officers together grammy awards streaming with U.S. agents act in the context of NATO and CIA inspired grammy awards streaming "Stay Behind" - program.
All this called many questions about the process of Luxemburgese "deep state" and the state in general. What the SREL, it was asked what was the responsibility of government figures herein (who? Who did what and when?). This was particularly thought of Prime Minister (since 1995) Jean-Claude Juncker, to whom the SREL was accountable.
Luc Frieden, Minister of Finance and a leading representative of the neo-liberal wing of the hard line of the CSV and the government, was also in the spotlight. Frieden was formerly Minister of Justice and Police, and was suspected of having used his position to try to bury before they came before the court. Bommeleerzaak use
But there were also broader questions concerning the general
