We are trying to revive Wilhelmina so that it creates jobs so that we can continue youtube grammys to live in our district. Partly achieved the aim of reducing bureaucracy and administration and saved you a lot of money when those who worked in the operations given the responsibility and could see immediately what was needed or not needed. Sometimes I think dne here "manager hysteria" that is set to the more mess than necessary. I think it will be better business for those who work on the "floor" is also involved in deciding how the money and resources to be used.
